Optimize Elite Pitching Program
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Optimize is excited to announce another year of our Elite Baseball Pitching program.
With an emphasis on pitching mechanics, velocity, accuracy and injury prevention we are excited to bring your pitching to the next level.
Use of biomechanic feedback to improve overall mechanics and efficiency using PitchAI software.
PROGRAM SET UP:
Meet in small groups (Minimum 4, maximum 12) one time per week to improve baseball specific pitching.
Each athlete will be provided with Optimize Elite pitching program individual booklet.
Booklet will include:
Goal setting
Pre and post velocity and accuracy testing
Injury prevention exercise picture and descriptions
Pitching “go-to” drills to improve mechanics
Mental preparation in regard to pitch selection and game scenarios
Each sessions will be set up with various pitch mechanic drills based on each athletes biomechanic feedback, as well as injury prevention exercises and core/lower extremity explosive drills
Elite Pitching grouping:
Rookie: Register your child if they are relatively new to pitching (This is typically between the ages of 9 and 11 years old)
Minor ONE: To register into Minor ONE athlete must have completed Rookie session or have performed individual lessons and given permission. Just because your athlete has completed Rookie, does not necessarily mean they will advance into “Minor”. (This is primarily athletes that are 10-12 years old.)
Minor TWO: To enter Minor TWO athlete must have competed Rookie or Minor ONE session or have performed individual lessons and given permission. (This is primarily athletes that are 11-13 years old.)
Major: Register your child if they have completed the Rookie or Minor classes or have been given permission to enter the Major group. (This is primarily athletes between the ages of 13 and 15 years old)
Premier: Register your child if they have completed the Major classes or has been given permission to enter the premier group. (This is primarily athletes in H.S.)
