Testimonials

“I was recommended to Abby for my lower back injury and pain. I have had a reoccurring injury for over 22 years. At first I was hesitant to go to as I have tried several PTs, Chiropractors and Spine Specialists in the past with no real relief.

My experience, without a doubt, is the best PT experience I have had. Abby is extremely knowledgeable and her dedication to you and your well-being is overwhelmingly evident. The passion she has for her profession is to be commended.

I HIGHLY recommend Optimize Physical Therapy and Abby Rehberger! She has helped me get back to working out and my normal life!!

“Abby Rehberger at Optimize Physical Therapy helped my daughter work through a couple of injuries lately - one involving her shoulder, and the other involving her leg. In both cases, Abby was so informative as to what was causing the pain, helping to resolve it, and providing us with a comprehensive exercise plan to help prevent future injuries. Abby genuinely cares about her clients, is easily relatable, and goes above and beyond in everything she does. She comes highly recommended by me and my family - we’re so grateful for her!

“Abby is absolutely amazing. Having exhausted other options relating to my daughter’s upper back and shoulder pain, I brought her to Abby. After only one appointment my multiple-sport daughter was able to do things she couldn’t do without pain the previous 16 months. Abby explained thoroughly what the issue was, treated my daughter, and provided prevention tips and exercises, all with a friendly demeanor. I highly recommend her.

“I am beyond pleased with our decision to see Abby for a shoulder issue that my daughter had. Abby did a great job of explaining what the issues were as well as what she was doing to correct it. I like to know how/why things work and Abby explained things in a way that my daughter and I could understand. Abby also helped review my daughters throwing motion to help insure that the problem would not return. That part of the therapy was also very, very beneficial for both my daughter and I as now I know what to look for so the problem does not resurface.

I would very highly recommend Abby to any and all.

“Abby was the perfect therapist for our athlete. Her knowledge of the body and our athletes sport were key reasons we engaged with her. Abby quickly identified the root cause of the injury and immediately started treatment. Not only did she put together a home regimen with personalized instructions to help our athlete recover, her hands on office treatments provided physical pain relief and mechanical guidance. Abby went the extra mile to help correct mechanical mistakes that contributed to the initial injury by using video and on field evaluations. With the treatments our athlete received and the mechanical adjustments that were implemented, she has regained full strength in her arm and is playing pain free. We strongly recommend Abby to those in need of physical therapy. Abby is AWESOME!

“I am a right handed pitcher and play competitive softball. As a pitcher, my wrist is a very important part of my play. Over the past 2 years I developed a ganglion cyst on my right wrist. This condition had become very painful as the cyst grew larger. I tried to lessen the swelling and pain with a cortisone shot which helped for a short period of time. When it came back, before my softball season was over, I decided to have the surgery to remove it in the off season.

My first physical therapist worked with my surgeon but did not specialize in sports. I felt I was not getting the appropriate type of therapy for making a full recovery to pitch again. After talking with my mom, we decided to change therapists and go to see Abby since we already knew her. At my first appointment, we talked about my symptoms before surgery, what had been tried and what my goals were for therapy and we put a plan together to get me back on the softball field.

I only have good things to say about Abby’s caring and concern for her patients. She believes your care is a team effort and encourages your thoughts and opinions and will answer any questions you may have. She has a calm and gentle way of pushing just the right amount to make you want to work harder. Abby is always willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve your goal.

I would never hesitate in recommending Abby Rehberger to my family or friends.

“I am a swimmer and have had a shoulder injury for over a year. When I saw Abby for PT, she gave me simple strengthening exercises and the correct treatments to be able to get back in the water quickly. During my time with Abby, I was able to break some of my personal records in swimming without any pain. Thank you Abby! I am now back in the water training for my last season as a swimmer.
