Lauren Hoffman

Optimize is excited to have Lauren Hoffman on staff as a softball and strength and conditioning coach. Lauren has been in and around the softball community for over 13 years as a player, coach and trainer. From an early age Lauren had a passion for the game and loved every part of it. Lauren spends much of her time running camps/clinics and coaching the youth at Optimize and within the Centennial Lakes Little League. She is one of the Head coaches of the Centennial High School Freshman team. Lauren brings a wide knowledge base to Optimize and has a fantastic rapport with all the youth and High School athletes she works with.
