Meet maggie
Maggie has a huge passion for food—from the basics of grocery shopping and cooking to the role of food and nutrients in the body. Her clinical interests and expertise lie in exercise/sports, weight management, irritable bowel disease, eating disorders, and working with others on how to reach their own personal goals as a health coach. She is the former team dietitian for the University of Minnesota women’s gymnastics team, and has worked individually with softball players, rowers, dancers, soccer players and other club sport athletes. Maggie believes in an "all foods fit" approach to nutrition.
Maggie enjoys volunteering in her kids’ schools and with their various activities. She spends a lot of her time going to dance competitions, and softball and basketball games. Growing up in Kentucky made her a huge college basketball fan too. Now she continues to be an active member of the Spring Lake Park and Blaine communities. Her other interests are dancing, cooking, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
